The Epilepsy Therapy Project supported the development of a NeuroTechnology Program at CIMIT (www.cimit.org), which has organized the CIMIT Summer Education Series, and produced a series of seminars called “Neurotechnology: Translating Basic Discoveries into Clinical Promise.”

Webcasts of the first two seminars are made possible by an educational grant from the Epilepsy Therapy Project. Dr. Steven C. Schachter is serving as Co-Director of the series with Charles Jennings, PhD, Director, MIT McGovern Institute Neurotechnology Program, which will host the event.

Of particular interest to the professional epilepsy community is "Decoding Cortical Electrophysiology for the Detection of Seizures", with presentations by John Guttag, PhD, MIT and Steven C.
