The epilepsy.com Chat Room is a Java-based applet. It is possible that some users' settings will conflict with the Chat Room settings and prevent those users from being able to enter the Chat Room. If you are having trouble accessing this feature, the off-site links below should help resolve your problems.

• If all fails, try using Firefox. Most users manage to log in after switching browser.
• Safari users: opening tabs or new windows while connected to the chat will disconnect you. We recommend using Firefox.
